PSI-PCI Instructor Andrew McClellan is a native Canadian and became a certified diver in 2000 to start toward his goal of working in the dive industry. He has taken many types of training to further his knowledge and became especially interested in cylinder safety and following standards after completing the PSI-PCI Visual Cylinder Inspector course. He is now a PSI-PCI Instructor who also teaches Valve Repair Technician and Oxygen Cylinder Cleaning Technician. He currently resides in Peterborough (near Toronto). Andrew is ready to train you in Visual Cylinder Inspection and safety practices.
